As an update to the AWS production disruption from earlier today, our operational processing has returned to expected levels of throughput. For our file processing customers, we have also now resumed the availability of our SFTP. For customers who submitted files to SBT earlier today, we have recognized a small population that did not process. We will communicate directly with those customers to establish a plan to process on 10/21/2025. Lastly, some customers may not have received expected files via FPA (i.e. - inbound/outbound, subscriber, etc.) from SBT today. We are working to identify and resend the impacted files with delivery expected by EOD 10/21/2025. |
