SBT customers can control when messages are sent to subscribers using the Hours of Operation feature. Hours of Operation allows customers to define specific time frames for sending messages and automatically block messages from being sent outside those hours, excepting compliance messages.

FAQ

What happens to blocked messages?
Blocked messages will not be queued or retried. They are dropped to protect customer accounts from sending outside your set hours.

Can I set different hours for different groups?
Yes. If the account supports group-level settings, each group can have its own Hours of Operation.

Do compliance messages ignore my set hours?
Yes. Messages such as opt-in confirmations, STOP acknowledgments, and required compliance responses will always go through.
